About Me

This is Md Shamsudduha Sarkar (Ratul), an ICT Manager at CMED Health Ltd. with over 8+ years of professional experience in network engineering, system administration, and digital health systems. I am currently working on the UNICEF-supported Model Urban PHC Clinics (Aalo Clinics) Project, where I play a key role in implementing and managing OpenMRS, the first fully integrated digital health platform for primary healthcare in Bangladesh. My work focuses on ensuring smooth ICT operations, resolving system challenges, training healthcare staff, and supporting data-driven decision-making to strengthen urban healthcare services. Beyond my ICT background, I am pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) to expand my knowledge of health systems and public health policy. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technology and healthcare by designing innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency, accessibility, and quality of care for communities. With a strong commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies, I aim to contribute to digital transformation in healthcare at both national and global levels.
